It was a gray day as I watched the Washington State ferry �Kititas� approach the Keystone Terminal on Whidbey Island from Port Townsend. I enhanced the moody, misty look with a painterly technique to create a scene that reflects my own impression. The ferries are fun to watch, are important to island commerce, and are so cool-looking. Puget Sound icons.
