Congratulations on your sale!
Carol, congratulations on your sale of this amazing photo!
Art is unquestionably one of the purest and highest elements in human happiness. It trains the mind through the eye, and the eye through the mind. As the sun colours flowers, so does art colour life. -- Congratulations on your recent sale of this an amazing work!
This is cool, Carol. I love the colors and the minimal approach.

Mary, happy to hear from you again! Thank you for your comment -- means a lot.
Very impressive work :)
Thank you, Bobbi.
Love this idea! Well done!
Thank you Billy Bateman! Very much appreciated.
Love this. Can you tell me what size the original art is and if the photo of it was shot at a high res? These will determine how large the print can be made and still do justice to the original.
According to the pixel count and Fine Art America's standards, the largest this image can be printed is 36x36 inches. The original art is a photograph, not a painting. The picture began with a Canon EOS 50D 35mm camera, ISO 125. Other elements (more photos) were then added to the photo to create what you're seeing here. You can also blow this image up to 100% at the Fine Art America website to see for yourself what the image will look like and how crisp it will be. At the end of my message to you is a link to the picture, which will also show you the various sizes available. Hope I've answered your question! It's not a "straight" photograph. It began with a photograph, and then, as usual, I began adding things to it from there. Let me know if you need any additional information. I do remember taking the "base" image at a cactus garden at Mission San Juan Capistrano. Thanks for liking it -- I think it's pretty cool myself! Having just moved from Arizona to Florida, this image conjure up fond memories. Great work.
Thanks, John. Enjoy your new life in Florida!
We are moving in across country in just two weeks, but we KNOW this is a piece we want to buy. Need to get into the house to first to determine what size we will order. Wow! Just love this!!!
Thanks, Stephanie. I've got it hanging in my own house as part of a gallery and I really like it. Best of luck with your move -- we just moved ourselves, and it's no fun at all.

Thanks, Inge. We've both been at it a long time, haven't we?

Richard, thank you. I particularly like this piece myself and have it hanging in my house.
